He played a pivotal role in launching Stompy.com in 2004 as the Director of Label Relations, facilitating the acquisition of a vast music catalog and nurturing the careers of numerous producers turned major artists.

Venturing further, he established and led Paradise Americas, a US-based branch of Paradise Entertainment & Distribution, expanding the company's reach to hundreds of labels and providers globally.

Joining DIRTYBIRD in 2015 as Label Manager, Deron managed day-to-day operations, talent buying for events like Dirtybird Campout, and upheld the esteemed status of the label.

Currently, as the Director of Operations/A&R - Dance at EMPIRE, he spearheads a new division, elevating the company's stature by signing top talents in electronic music, setting a new benchmark of excellence.
