With over 25 years of experience in sales, Derek has a proven track record of success, having worked at Fortune 100 companies and founded a globally recognized enterprise software company called 25 Point Systems, specializing in digital activity management for sales leaders.
Throughout his career, Derek has been dedicated to working closely with people, mentoring founders, and sales leaders in innovative industries such as Fintech, Artificial Intelligence, and Industry 4.0.
Derek's passion lies in aligning individuals and organizations towards a common goal, reflecting his belief that personal growth is paramount. Besides his professional achievements, Derek treasures his role as a parent to two young children.
Educationally, Derek studied Marketing at Plymouth State University and participated in the MassChallenge Rhode Island Spring Cohort in 2017.
Currently, Derek serves as the Practice Director for Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity & Data at RevsUp, a Recruitment Entrepreneur Company, continuing to leverage his expertise in sales and recruitment.
His previous roles include being a Sales Recruiter and Sales Development Manager at DCW Consulting, a Co-Founder & CEO of 25 Point Systems, Inc., and various sales and management positions at organizations like Suffolk University, MassMutual, and New York Life Insurance Company.
