He dedicates himself to serving his clients by distilling down complex benefits information and delivering innovative solutions that keep their employees healthy. He has been a consultant at The Business Benefits Group for over a decade, helping businesses navigate the overwhelming, confusing, and expensive world of benefits. Derek is also a former educator who uses his ability to envision the future of benefits and how it will affect businesses to break things down and explain them in simple, easy-to-understand concepts.
