• Defining and testing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans for financial services as well as public sector clients

Additional duties included:
• Managing a full-service Disaster Recovery Center for external clients, including recovery workspace, server and equipment hosting, and secure storage facilities. This included overseeing clients’ annual business continuity and disaster recovery testing and managing staff on call 24x7 for any client needs.
