Derek McManus
Derek McManus was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of O2 UK, a subsidiary of Telefónica, until 2022. He had over 34 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and spent more than 20 years at O2.1 As COO, he was responsible for customer service, network, IT, cross-business transformation, fraud & security, and property for the O2 UK Group.1
