Derek Hall

Derek Hall was the Director of Operations at Saleen, an American manufacturer of high-performance sports cars and trucks.12 He had a career in the automotive industry that progressed from Sales to Internet Manager, and finally to Operations Manager and Director of Sales at Saleen.1 Derek was known for his excellent customer service skills and dedication to ensuring every customer was well-cared for.1

Sadly, Derek Hall passed away on October 7, 2020, at the age of 40, after an eight-month battle with Cholangiocarcinoma.1 He was survived by his wife Erin, children Hayden and Emily, and other family members.1

Derek was born in Washington State but spent most of his youth in Rowland Heights, CA. He graduated from Rowland High School in 1998 and took classes at Fullerton College before entering the auto industry.12 Throughout his career, Derek was recognized for his remarkable knowledge of the industry and his numerous connections.1

Outside of work, Derek was a dedicated family man who enjoyed cooking, camping, and working on home improvement projects with his wife.1 He was remembered by many as a true friend, reliable, trustworthy, and someone who made others feel special.1
