Derek Fromm

Derek Fromm is the President of Greenstone Capital Group, a specialized financial advisory firm with a focus on regulated industries, renewable energy, port and terminal infrastructure, and marine LNG supply and bunkering.

With 30 years of experience in corporate advisory, Derek is known for his expertise in business development and hands-on project execution leadership.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a Juris Doctor equivalent in Law from Universiteit Leiden.

Derek has held various key positions in esteemed organizations, including being the Co-founder & CEO at Greenstone Capital Group, Founder & CEO at Greenstone Clean Fuels LLC, Co-founder & Managing Member at Greenstone Renewables, CEO and CFO at Penn Oak Energy, and serving as the Executive Director of Corporate Finance and Investment Banking at UBS Investment Bank.

His past experience also includes working as an Associate Attorney at Haight Gardner Poor & Havens.
