Derek Cooper

Derek Cooper is a skilled and experienced construction management professional who obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Ball State University. He started his career as an Assistant Superintendent at Beacon Builders before transitioning to the sales industry as a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut. Derek then explored his interest in the parks and recreation field as a staff member at the Donner Aquatic Center before returning to the construction industry as an Associate Project Engineer Intern and ultimately progressing to the role of Estimator II at Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI). Throughout his tenure at PCI, Derek has held various positions including Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer. Additionally, he worked as a Construction/Materials Lab Assistant and Dual Credit Program Assistant at Ball State University.
