Deputy Mitchell, also known as David, is an experienced educator with over 20 years of experience in Primary Education, serving as a Principal, Deputy HeadTeacher, Senior Leader, and ICT Manager.

David is recognized for his expertise in educational technology, particularly in leveraging blogging to enhance student learning outcomes. Under his leadership, writing proficiency at his school significantly improved within a year by implementing innovative blogging strategies.

He is the founder of QuadBlogging, a global initiative involving 500,000 students from 70+ countries, providing them with an international platform to showcase their learning.

Currently, David works as a Freelance Consultant, collaborating with a wide range of educational institutions including schools, Local Authorities, Academies, and Teaching School Alliances, offering his wealth of experience and insights to drive educational excellence.

David's educational background includes a Post Graduate Certificate in Gifted and Talented Education from Oxford Brookes University and a BEd (Hons) in Primary Education with a focus on Geography from the University of Bradford.

Throughout his career, David has been associated with various prominent organizations, including serving as the Co-Founder of Social School Award, Google Certified Teacher UK 2010, and Leadership Consultant at the Arch Diocese of Liverpool, among others.
