Denys Smakovskyi is a highly accomplished Lead Java Software Engineer with a wealth of experience across a range of top-tier organizations. Having gained an MCA in Computer Science and post-graduate certification in Mathematics and Software for Computer Systems, which he completed with honours, he has served in academic and industry roles alike.

Denys has worked for companies such as EPAM Systems, GlobalLogic and Toroleo GmbH where his expertise in Java EE, Java Performance and Java Coaching have been integral to a range of successful software projects. Prior to this he has also worked in research and academia as an associate professor and assistant professor at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
