Denny Swindle

Denny Swindle, a tech enthusiast, began his journey in the '90s with C++ development and delved into backend systems and UI creation on Unix using X-Motif. With experience at Citigroup post a merger, he transitioned to Java and engaged with various startups, one of which was acquired by American Express. At American Express, he contributed to developing a corporate travel product and later co-founded Help Scout with Nick Francis and Jared McDaniel. Their journey involved building websites, venturing into SaaS with products like LinkPatch and Feed My Inbox, ultimately leading to the creation of Help Scout. Participating in the TechStars accelerator program in 2011, Denny and his team have grown Help Scout into a product loved by customers globally, with a remote team of around 50 individuals striving to build a brand that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
