Dennis Xenos is the President of Sherman Parking Systems, a company dedicated to providing parking solutions and valet services in the NYC Metro Area.

With a background in commercial real estate, Dennis has extensive experience in parking garage management, valet parking operations, and marketing.

Previously, Dennis held positions such as Managing Partner at Astoria Central Parking, Member at South Broadway B.I.D. Yonkers NY, Operator at North 12th Parking at The William Vale Hotel, and Co-Founder at Gateway Market Thrift Store.

Dennis Xenos also served as a NYS Licensed Real Estate Person at Century 21 Schneider, showcasing a diverse skill set in both real estate and parking management.
