Dennis van Staveren is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in HR and Operations management.

With a Master of Science in Work & Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the Universiteit van Amsterdam, Dennis has a strong educational background that complements his career.

Currently, Dennis excels in his role as an HR & Operations Manager at Badenoch + Clark, where he plays a pivotal role in realizing the company's strategic vision.

In HR, Dennis is involved in coordinating the recruitment process, onboarding, performance management, acting as a confidant, and overseeing HR administration.

On the Operations front, Dennis spearheads project-based operational improvements, acts as a system admin and expert for their advanced ATS/CRM system (Carerix), conducts data analysis including KPIs, client and candidate evaluations, as well as forecasting and reporting company results.

Dennis is also a key member of the Management Team, serving as the right-hand man to the Managing Director.

His previous experiences include roles such as Business Operations Manager and Consultant at Fairlane, a renowned headhunter for consulting positions, showcasing his diverse skill set and adaptability.
