Dennis Rourke

Dennis Rourke is a seasoned Partner at AGC Partners, specializing in the supply chain software and financial technology sectors. Bringing over 25 years of investment banking expertise to his current role, Dennis has been an integral part of AGC since its inception in 2003. Prior to his tenure at AGC, Dennis held key positions such as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Software Group at Banc of America Securities. His vast experience includes being a founding member of Montgomery Securities' East Coast technology group. With a solid track record of over 80 successful transactions, Dennis has spearheaded deals exceeding $4 billion in M&A and capital raising, predominantly within the software industry. Before that, Dennis honed his skills at respected institutions like Cowen & Company, First Albany Corporation, and the Bank of Boston. Dennis is well-educated, holding a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Middlebury College, a Master of Science in Finance and Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Master of Arts in German Literature from Johannes Gutenberg University. Besides his financial acumen, Dennis also pursued his interest in wine, earning a Diploma in Wine from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, as well as studying Baccalaureat LS2 at l'École Alsacienne in Paris.
