Dennis Lee

Dennis J. Lee is a seasoned professional with expertise in senior-level management of small to mid-sized companies, handling portfolios of up to $750 million and leading teams of over 300 employees. Throughout his career, he has primarily worked with owner-operators, gaining comprehensive knowledge of various aspects of the investment life cycle.

His leadership roles have involved overseeing acquisitions, structuring investments and partnerships, managing capital structures, creating projections and budgets, implementing distressed asset turnaround strategies, executing recapitalization and repositioning strategies, as well as handling hospitality management, property management, and asset management.

Dennis is also experienced in developing repair, maintenance, and capital improvement programs, planning and managing renovations and construction projects, and excels in relationship management and acting as an owner's representative.

He pursued his higher education at the University at Buffalo, where he obtained a BA degree. Dennis has held key positions such as Senior Vice President at Glen Cove Mansion Hotel & Conference Center and previously served as the Vice President of Asset Management at CHOIM LLC.
