    Dennis Bolles, PMP, is a seasoned professional with over 45 years of business and project management experience across various industries.

    A long-standing member of PMI since 1985, he obtained his PMP® certification in 1986 (certification #81) and played a pivotal role in establishing the PMI Western Michigan Chapter.

    Throughout his career, Dennis has been instrumental in advising organizations on methodology development, governance, and corporate strategy.

    While officially retiring from long-term consulting in 2009, he continues to provide short-term on-site support to assist enterprise PBMO start-up teams in planning and implementation.

    Apart from his consultancy work, Dennis is a published author with notable works like 'A Compendium of PMO Case Studies' (2012) and 'The Power of Enterprise PMOs and Enterprise-Wide Project Management' (2014), both published by PBMconcepts.
