Denise Canellos is a Board Certified Nutritionist dedicated to assisting individuals with chronic diseases in improving their well-being through nutrition.
Her passion for food stems from personal experiences, like her father's heart attack and her late husband's battle with colon cancer, which highlighted the need for better dietary guidance during illness.
Driven by these challenges, Denise pursued further education, earning a Master's Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and passing the American College of Nutrition Board exam.
She founded Denise Canellos Nutrition, where she leverages her expertise to help clients enhance their health, vitality, and outlook on life.
Denise has also shared her knowledge as an Adjunct Professor of Nutrition at both Chapman University and Saint Katherine College.
Her mission revolves around making nutritious and healing food not only beneficial but also enjoyable and simple to prepare.
