Denise Boudreau-Scott is a seasoned expert in the fields of aging services and health administration, with a career spanning from being a dietary aide and nursing assistant to a consultant for patient-centered and resident-centered care. As the current President of Drive, she has helped numerous for-profit and not-for-profit organizations throughout the country meet their business goals and enhance their bottom line by focusing on people - staff, patients, and residents. With her impressive educational background, including a Bachelor of Science in Gerontology from the University of Scranton and her Master in Health Administration from Cornell University, Denise uses her strategic insight and proven methods to create a place where employees want to come to work and give their best to the people they serve.
Denise's expertise in person-centered care has made her a valuable member of various organizations, including being the co-founder and past chair of the New Jersey Alliance for Culture Change and a board member of the Pioneer Network. Currently, she also serves as the Chair of NAB's Member Relations Committee and is a former member of NAB's Exam Writing Committee.
