Denis Sokolov

Denis Sokolov is a highly educated and accomplished professional with a diverse background in politics, international relations, and medicine. He has studied at some of the most prestigious universities in Russia, including Saint Petersburg State Medical University and Saint Petersburg State University, where he earned degrees in General Medicine and Oriental Studies, respectively. In addition, Sokolov has also completed a course in Aviation and Space Medicine at Military Medical Academy named after S.M. Kirov.

Following his studies, Sokolov gained extensive experience in various roles within the research and academic communities. He is a former Director of Research at the Center for Social and Economic Research of Regions, RAMCOM, and was once appointed as the CEO of the Moscow School of Political Studies. Sokolov has also served as a non-resident senior advisor at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and as a Senior Research Fellow at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).
