Denis Possing is a seasoned SOFTWARE ENGINEERING LEADER with extensive experience in designing and delivering consumer-focused technology products across multiple regions including the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

He possesses a strong educational background, having completed EMBA programs at prestigious institutions like HKUST Business School, Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA, and Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, in addition to a BA in Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence from Taylor University.

Throughout his career, Denis has held various key roles at Microsoft, including Principal Program Manager in Manufacturing Test Engineering, Principal Program Manager in the Office Division, Product Unit Manager in OMSS and Mobile Services China, Director, PM/Group Program Manager, and Principal Consultant.

Prior to his tenure at Microsoft, he had notable positions as a Lead Developer at Nestle and Union Bank of Switzerland, as well as Senior Knowledge Engineer at Harley-Davidson and SC Johnson.

Denis is known for his expertise in all phases of the project life cycle, from conceptual design to implementation, deployment, and ongoing support. He excels in building culturally diverse, customer-centric operating units and possesses exceptional business process and strategy development skills.
