HGM Design is software start-up, trying to simplify the process of making custom designed rings in one day, by doing revolutionary solution in jewellery retail’s business automation, which includes easy-to-use CAD/CAM system with 10 thousands of pre-made shapes (mostly parts of the rings), jewellery ring costing evaluation system, powerful 3D morphing engine, 3D visualization of chosen jewellery on your hand, flat kiosk for retailers, 3D hand scanner, JIT inventory management, high-precision jewellery-milling machine (which was analogy of the current 3D printing technology).

Our effort has been awarded as the most innovative and challenging project of the year personally by Helen Clark in 2007 which happens in AUT Tech Park.   

My Achievements:
• We awarded by PM of NZ Helen Clark as the most tech advanced fast growing start-up in NZ. 
• I saved money and time, by providing and implementing decent real 3d visualization of the metals (gold, silver, titanium, different carats) and diamonds (previous and last one no one did before) – metal properties editor
• I saved money and time, by R&D and implementing complex math algorithm of fitting the custom-made jewellery ring on the hand’s mesh. Which was exclusively solved by me, that was the hardest part of the software complex, because the hands’ mesh was supplied as 200k vertices
• I saved money and time, by helping developing and integrating the 3D hand scanner software

MASTAK is the traditional landline Telecom Operator that build & operates its own fibber-optic internet and telephony over internet to SME companies.

Lead the business development being 2nd top business development position after the business owner of the company. Working in Mastak was an amazing opportunity to obtain a proven record of successfully delivery of numerous business processes reengineering and automation projects in Telecommunication’s business. 

First serious expertise where I was completely responsible for business development; which cause more than 200% growth of the database of consumers annually. 

I referred to the business owner [Andrew Egorov] of the company. When I left the company, I had achieved the Business Development Director position. 

Actually, due to my involvement the company has overcame the most critical challenges of the crisis of the business growth. Which shown by symptoms:  they could not hire right peoples, they could not retain them after hire, they had large queue of businesses, which were on a waiting list for the services delivery (that last up to 9-12 months), sales performance was impacted by such huge time-to-service timeframes. 

My Achievements:
• Streamlined the process hiring, training and recruitment people by 66% by implementing made in house eHRM system; after my changes, I was able to select 300 brand new high-performance sales reps after interviewing of 6000 of potential candidates.   
• Keep people more loyal & highly motivated by implementing special motivational systems for sales reps   
• Improved the biz performance by 25% by creating call centre from scratch, the call-centre software we develop in house under my leadership
• Overall Business Growth outputs of my changes were 33% and 66% increase of customers in first and second years after implementation of those systems. Which causes almost 75%, 100% and 150% growth of revenue in 2002, 2003, and 2004 years because of my effort.

RRIAI - this was fantastic opportunity working with the world’s leading R&D canter in Artificial Intelligence. 

I was working directly with A. Narjnyani who is the world’s best AI scientist in natural language, linguistics and U-models. 

The world’s leading made in France CAD software products core functionality of CATIA V5 and CATIA V6 is based on the NeMo+ system which is made at the RRIAI. 

In 1993 Time-EX together with InBase awarded as one of the world’s best European made software on the world’s largest ICT exhibition CeBIT’93 in Germany.

I was working on the second version of brand new Time-Ex software. That was amazing opportunity to work with the world’s best scientists and touch project-planning software by my own. 

The Time-EX is time and resource-planning system like the one the one MS Project with advantage that it uses sophisticated scientifically AI engine based on UniCalc and U-models. Making Time-EX much more intelligent, helpful, flexible, accurate and easy-to-use in planning process and even appropriate for large scaled real life scheduling, time and resource planning. 

The key customer of the Time-EX was big airports, trains, busses, taxis depose, as well Dessau Airport (France) that is one of the largest airports in EU.

Sill Software is specializing on scientifically rich 3D software development. 

Here being a part of the country best developer’s team at the Sill Software, I was creating real-time 3D visualization of the high-precision milling machine process, used by NASA. 

That was pretty challenging and complex project - because I must build or re-recreate an actual current 3D model on the fly just based on the interpretation of the milling machine script’s code that represents simply an ordered list of the mill movements.
