Denis Kezerashvili

Denis Kezerashvili is a highly accomplished and results-driven executive and technologist with extensive experience in multiple industries. He has a proven ability to build, lead, and manage large, highly technical, and geographically distributed teams. His expertise lies in defining and implementing architectural policies and principles on various organizational levels, establishing and refining Agile SDLC practices, and developing highly scalable and performant frameworks, APIs, and utilities.

Denis has an enterprise-level expertise in architecture, design, and development utilizing object-oriented technologies and software design and development utilizing Service-Oriented Architecture paradigm. His experience with external systems' integration is vast, and he has a deep understanding of core Java key features, various databases, NoSQL and caching platforms, and middleware solutions.

With a BS in Computer Science and an MS in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute respectively, Denis has held several key positions throughout his career, including Chief Technology Officer at VirtualHealth, EVP Engineering at VirtualHealth, Director of Engineering at Grubhub, SVP Software Engineering at MadHive, and Vice President Software Engineering at [m]Platform at GroupM. He has also held key positions at PlaceIQ, Mojiva, Citi GTS (Global Transaction Services), Email Data Source, CondeNet, Goldman Sachs, The Municenter LLC, JP Morgan Chase, and IBM, among others.
