Chief Technology Officer at Organic Harvest Digital
Dellarontay Readus is a Stanford University-educated software engineer dedicated to bridging the digital divide.1 He is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Organic Harvest Digital (OHD), an agricultural hardware and IoT technology enterprise that focuses on providing inexpensive, holistic Food-Water-Energy systems powered by green technology.1 OHD also works on community reinvestment projects and programmatic learning in agricultural and digital technologies.1 Their mission is to end hunger while empowering Black, Brown, Indigenous, and People of Color (PoC) communities at the intersection of race, farming, and digital technologies.1
Readus has held various positions, including:
- Artificial Intelligence Consultant and AI Curriculum Instructor at Gary Comer Youth Center (November 2023 - December 2023), where he developed and instructed a program for students to learn and become certified in AI and Machine Learning.1
- Technical Administrator/CRM Support Engineer at Google Operations Center (May 2022 - November 2023), where he maintained the support ecosystem through technical expertise and consultation in the configuration and administration of extensive tools.1
- CodeCrew Code School Teaching Assistant (September 2021 - May 2022), where he instructed students in foundational Computer Science concepts.1
- Senior Software Engineer at Stanford High Performance Computing Center (June 2017 - April 2021), where he assisted in crafting successful D.O.D. proposals for Shepard and Yellowstone systems.1

Readus obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Stanford University (2015-2025).1 In April 2015, he was honored with a bill from the Tennessee State Congress for academic excellence.2 In August 2023, he received a Touchstone Award from Google Operations Center, which recognized his significant impact on operations and embodiment of GOC's values.1
