Delano Musafer

Delano Musafer is a seasoned professional with a strong background in equity capital markets (ECM) banking and capital markets origination, advisory, and execution spanning over 15 years in Asia-Pacific and EMEA.

With experience at top financial institutions like UBS Warburg, Morgan Stanley, and Nomura, Delano has been instrumental in originating and executing over $75 billion of equity issuance across regions.

Currently serving as the Head of Asia-Pacific Capital Markets at the prestigious NYSE, Delano plays a pivotal role in bringing leading Asian companies and entrepreneurs to the US public markets, overseeing flagship 'new economy' listings like Sea, Coupang, Takeda, and LINE.

In addition to his responsibilities in capital markets, Delano also leads as the Head of Asia-Pacific Listings at NYSE, where he manages relationships and provides strategic insights to the regional listed community at the executive level.

Delano Musafer holds a BSc in Economics from UCL and an MSc in International Securities, Investment & Banking from the ICMA Centre. He also received education from the Haberdashers' Boys' School.

Prior to his current role at NYSE, Delano held key positions including Head of Asia-Pacific Capital Markets & Listings, spearheaded pre-IPO capital-raising, IPO preparation, and IPO communications at firms like Imagination, Media Tree, and Enfinity.

His professional journey includes roles as Vice President and Senior Associate in Asia-Pacific ECM at Nomura and Morgan Stanley, respectively, as well as an Associate Director in EMEA & Asia-Pacific ECM at UBS.
