David Dela Rue

David Dela Rue is a seasoned Management Consultant, specializing in M&A, commercial due diligence, corporate strategy, and operations with a focus on Private Equity projects.

Prior to his consultancy role, David practiced as a corporate lawyer in New Zealand, where he gained expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial advice, particularly in the infrastructure, energy, and Private Equity sectors.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Management Studies in Accounting and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Waikato, New Zealand. He has also completed all levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) examinations.

David Dela Rue is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and has pursued professional legal training from the NZ Council of Legal Education.

He has held various roles at prestigious organizations such as Bain & Company, where he currently works as a Management Consultant in Boston, Massachusetts. His previous positions include roles at Bell Gully, EY, and Opus International Consultants.
