Dejan Restak

Dejan Restak is a seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse background in founding and managing businesses, specifically in the fields of technology, media, and consulting.

In 2011, Dejan co-founded Vibe Network, a company dedicated to developing and managing products and services for entrepreneurs and investors, offering support from ideation to product market fit.

One of Dejan's notable projects is Fr8Hub.com, a US-based marketplace connecting shippers and carriers, showcasing his expertise in creating successful business ventures.

Prior to Vibe Network, Dejan worked at Wireless Media Company from 2009 to 2011, gaining valuable insights into the MENA market and serving prominent clients in the telco industry like Nawras, Du, Anayou, QTel, and Virgin Mobile.

Dejan's earlier experience includes serving as the director of B92.net from 2004 to 2009, where he successfully maintained the website's leading position in Serbia, attracting more than 200,000 unique visitors daily.

He played a crucial role in securing around 70% of the web advertising market share in Serbia for B92.net, demonstrating his proficiency in media management and revenue generation strategies.

Dejan's contributions to society through B92 were acknowledged when the platform received the Free Your Mind award from MTV in 1998 for promoting tolerance and human rights.

Since 2005, Dejan has been offering consulting services to media companies and organizations, collaborating with reputable entities like WAN, USAID, IREX, and Press Now, on projects across various countries including Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Russia.

Dejan Restak possesses a Master's degree in Information Systems and Technologies from Belgrade University, FON, complementing his practical industry experience with strong academic foundation.

His key specialties include web consulting, mobile web development, marketing and business strategy, online advertising, social networking, UX design, customer development, as well as presentation and performance skills, showcasing his comprehensive skill set in the digital and media realms.
