heycar is the platform for premium pre-owned cars and related services, connecting interested car buyers with the best dealers, incubated by Volkswagen Financial Services, Daimler Mobility and BCG Digital Ventures. 
I joined heycar two months before the launch of the platform, as the 5th employee of the venture, and was a part of building and validating the product starting from a team of 10 consultants, to having Germany wide presence with 410,000 cars on the platform and more than 180 employees
		
•	Responsible for an 8-person cross-functional team focusing on customer facing tasks such as acquisition, conversion, filtering, SEO, ranking algorithms and search
•	Improved conversion by 4x with iterative feature launches, helping optimize marketing channels, defining and deploying A/B tests, as well as qualitative user research
•	Worked closely with design, engineering and management teams on deploying and validating the product, making sure we build a product users like

BrewNation was an online B2C and B2B Marketplace connecting consumers, pubs, bottle shops and restaurants directly with the finest local breweries to deliver fresh craft beer across France and Italy.

As a co-founder, I have defined the idea, scoped the competitive landscape, defined unit economics, gathered the initial team and executed on the launch strategy.

During my time at BrewNation, my team and me have:
• Launched a marketplace within 20 days of ideation
• On-boarded the first 30 Breweries on the platform
• Established B2B and B2C sales channels
• Set up a framework for testing and improving marketing channels

Blissbooker is an e-commerce start-up for booking beauty, wellness & spa treatments, providing a comprehensive online access for the customers and a SaaS cloud application for the merchants to manage reservations, payouts, promotions and schedule

• Member of the initial Blissbooker team assembled before the website went live, supporting
  business and software/technical functions within the company to build out a roster of more than 350 live vendors, expanding to Barcelona, Madrid and Milan within 4 months of the launch
• Integrated and presented data from Google Analytics, Data Warehouse, Salesforce &
  production databases, and maintained the daily, weekly & monthly KPI sheets to monitor the
  business development progress
• Helped make CRM and e-mail marketing channel grow from zero to the most important online
  marketing channel, driving 58% of bookings
• Performed software quality assurance in a Continuous Integration development environment,
  working with 6 developers on a web application with three front-end apps, API and a
  Proxy, built on NodeJS, BackboneJS & MongoDB
