Deise Dornelles is a passionate professional with a background in advertising and a postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, and Positive Psychology. She has a keen interest in people, brands, and business.

With over 17 years of experience, Deise has served as an executive in Marketing and Corporate Communication in large companies and made history as one of the first women to hold a Director position at Vonpar/Coca-Cola.

As an entrepreneur, she is the co-founder of Allure Experience, specializing in creating customized Corporate Events and Environmental Design projects that embody purpose and meaning for the past 8 years.

Deise is also a partner at the Yes Cosmetics franchise in Porto Alegre, a brand that promotes self-esteem and believes in the power of positivity.

Her mission is to share her extensive knowledge, strategic vision, and expertise gained throughout her career to contribute to the development of more human-centered and inspiring brands, projects, and companies.
