Deepali Nangia is a Partner at Speedinvest, focusing on investments in female and diverse founders across Europe and emerging markets.34 Originally from Kolkata, India, she began her career in investment banking on Wall Street before transitioning to private equity.13
Nangia joined Speedinvest as a Venture Partner in 2021 and became a full-time Partner in January 2022.3 She has led Speedinvest's investments in companies such as Surfboard, Fertifa, Saude Bliss, and GTXN.3 Additionally, she manages Speedinvest's MicroGP program, which has invested in about 20 first-time fund managers, with 50% being female and diverse GPs.35

Nangia has received recognition for her work, winning the UKBAA's Angel Investor of the Year award in 2021.13 She has also served on the UK Government Task Force for Funding High-Growth Female Entrepreneurs and the UKBAA Angel Investment Taskforce.3
With an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester, Nangia's investment interests lie in sectors that combine profit with purpose, such as healthcare, women's health, climate, education, alternative proteins, and inclusive finance.2 She currently resides in London with her family.1
