Design and implement an in-house workflow orchestration engine to automate the provisioning of infrastructure resources.

Built a Chargeback system to enable infrastructure owners to track quota and utilization for various resources. Data is used by Finance to track overall Twitter spend, by infrastructure owners for capacity planning and efficiency, and Twitter engineers to keep track of their service cost efficiency.

Categorization Service: 
* Given query and geography, classifies and categorizes the query, and adds additional information about the query, utilized by our Search Engine and Advertising Team to provide better relevant results.
* Worked on implementing Temporal and Qualifiers modules that identifies temporal and qualifiers keywords from given query.
* Mined our data to implement the N-gram module, which maps each n-grams to a set of categories. 
* Implemented Similarity Service that calculates category occurrence score, which we use to filter outliers.
* Improved memory utilization, by moving clicks log data from in-memory to external key-value store.
* Continuously mining user searches and clicks, to analyze our performance and find queries for improvement.

Geo-aware Autosuggest:
* Implemented data feeder from ground up, thereby reducing the process time to 50%.
* Implemented an incremental update for data feeding, thereby reducing the wait time from 24 hours to 2 hours. 
* Worked on implementing a blacklist filter module and improving fuzzy matching.
* Contributed to develop a tool that provides various metrics to measure Autosuggest Results.


API Development:
* Worked with the Application Services team responsible for developing API used by our internal properties YP.com and YP Mobile applications. We act as a middleware for our clients and all our backend services.
* API’s include: Images, Business Listing, Reviews, User, Login, and others.
* Worked on implementing Login Server with OAuth 2.0 specifications and also integrating third party login.

Listing Management Tool(Edde):
•	Editorial Development engine is an application used by CityGrid editors to edit customer business's information that is published through various channels including the public API and numerous outbound feeds. It allows the editors to make changes to business's basic information like name, phone numbers, and more complex types like images, websites and social media components.
•	Added Bulk Updates feature saving considerable User effort. Used Amazon RDS MySQL instance to queue changes and implemented a background job to run which process changes at pace that prevents bottleneck of stored database procedures.
•	Implemented a web-based User Interface using HTML, JQuery and Javascript to facilitate changes and tracking them. 
•	Added Audit Trail feature using Oracle Database to track changes made by various internal users. It provides insights about who made the changes, when and what were the changes, which can prove useful for legal and auditing purposes.
•	Added Unit Test to enhance maintainability and reliability of the code using JUnit , Mockito and Power Mockito.

Profile API:
•	This web service is a part of CityGrid Public API is responsible for providing customer information to publishers.
•	Adding a field to XML/JSON response from the API.
•	Added Unit Test cases to improve coverage using JUnit, Mockito and Power Mockito.

Search API: 
•	This REST web service allows query for businesses based on keywords as well as geography.
•	Added ability to log geocoding failures, giving insights to the BI team to determine traffic to certain unknown geographies and generating a report of what failed by frequency.

Geo-coding Library:
•	Fixed Bugs and added Unit Test related to improper mapping of Google Geocoding Response Fields.

Assisted the Database team for creating and maintaining a Data Warehouse using Microsoft SQL Server R2 2008.
Developed and optimized queries, procedures and triggers for a SQL Server database.
Processed data from the warehouse was utilized by company profile at SalesForce.com
