Katie Pearmine is an experienced sustainability and food systems professional who has built strong partnerships across business, government, academia, and non-profits. With expertise in innovative collaboration, leadership development, management, business development, and strategy, she is committed to working through authentic, empathetic, and collaborative relationships. Her dedication to a lifelong journey for justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion has earned her respect and admiration. She studied Biology and Chemistry at the University of Oregon and attended Gervais High School. She previously served as Senior Fellow at American Leadership Forum - National, Strategic Sourcing Manager at Oregon Food Bank, and Trade Manager, Market Access & Certification Program Area at State of Oregon, Oregon Department of Agriculture. She also worked at Chinook Book as Production Director, Special Projects Director, and Research and Consulting Assistant, and at Sustainable Industries as Assistant Publisher and Special Projects and Advertising Director.
