Decker Rolph is an experienced professional with over two decades of successful navigation through the challenges presented by emerging companies, venture finance, private equity, and specialty finance. Decker's true north has always been impact and TBL (triple bottom line) principles, which have been the lens through which he views business, investing, and capitalism.

Decker's expertise lies in business development, financing, corporate development, fund formation, fund administration, and asset management. He has achieved positive results for venture funds and early/growth-stage companies in fundraising, finance, and administration, business development, and sales roles. Decker is most effective when interacting with stakeholders, fostering relationships, building and working on cohesive teams, and contributing to and driving strategic planning and analysis.

Decker holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Finance from the University Of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School Of Business and a Bachelor Of Arts In Visual Art from Brown University. He has also studied at St. Paul's School.

Currently, Decker is engaged in a portfolio of projects that integrate impact at different levels. In Q2-15, he completed his role of managing and administering a private equity real estate fund that deployed capital in mezz/subordinate debt and equity investments. The fund IRR performance was around 20% for LPs and 30% for GP members.

Decker has also been involved with various organizations throughout his career, including WOULG Holdings, LLC, Calvert Impact Capital, Cauze, Lee Pesky Learning Center, TRICA, Treefort Music Fest, and Bellwether Coffee.
