Debra Walker is an experienced professional dedicated to supporting community non-profits through philanthropy by building strong relationships. Her expertise lies in overseeing various fundraising activities such as campaigns, annual funds, donor-directed giving, and events. She excels in creating and executing development plans to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.

With a background in Public Administration from the State University of New York College at Brockport and experience working with prestigious organizations like Planned Parenthood of Central and Western New York, Louis S. Wolk JCC of Greater Rochester, The Harley School, URMC, University of Rochester, Unity Health System, and Greece Chamber of Commerce, Debra has honed her skills in securing major gifts and planned donations.

Debra Walker's recent accomplishments include successfully raising substantial financial support for JCC, with $5 million in cash during the fiscal year 2020, $2 million for the annual fund, and an additional $3 million for the Emergency Campaign amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 closure.
