Deborah Noller

Deborah Noller is the CEO and co-founder of Switch Automation, a company that specializes in smart building technology and performance optimization. She has over 20 years of experience in technology, sustainability, and commercial real estate, focusing on applying technology to improve business operations and achieve significant cost savings for large enterprises, including Fortune 100 companies.2

Under her leadership, Switch Automation has developed the first cloud-hosted Enterprise Operations Platform aimed at managing buildings and their data more efficiently. This platform automates data acquisition, formatting, normalization, and reporting, allowing clients to focus on analysis and decision-making rather than manual data management.1

Noller has a background in national park management and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in computer science from James Cook University. She has also participated in various entrepreneurial initiatives, including the Unreasonable Fellowship and Alchemist Accelerator, which support startups in scaling their businesses.12
