Deborah Li is an accomplished startup operator and venture capitalist, with extensive experience in B2B SaaS and retail technology. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and studied East Asian Languages and Cultures and Political Science at Columbia University and Barnard College. Deborah is known for her expertise in expanding startups into new international markets, acquiring customers, and hiring talent.

Prior to her current role as Associate and Head of Business Development at Mundi Ventures, Deborah held several leadership positions at Nextail Labs and EDITED, and worked as an investor for BackFund and a summer associate for StarVest Partners. Additionally, she served as a mentor for the Startup Lab at IE Business School, the Co-Founder of emmajoy, and the Managing Partner of Dorm Room Fund.

Deborah's current interests are in retail, fashion, B2B, SaaS, and AI/machine learning technology. She also completed a Non-Degree Exchange Program at Peking University for Chinese and Media Studies.
