Deborah Hiner

Deborah Hiner is the Managing Partner of EMA Partners San Francisco. She joined EMA Partners in January 2022 when the firm expanded its presence in the Americas by opening a new office in San Francisco.1 Deborah brings over 30 years of executive search experience to her role, having partnered with progressive multinational and local technology companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.1 In her own words, she looks forward to continuing to serve clients in the Bay Area and other international markets, working with EMA Partners' global network of over 200 consultants.1
