Deborah DeHaas

Deborah DeHaas is currently the CEO of Corporate Leadership Center (CLC), a leadership development organization focusing on cultivating dynamic business leaders within top Fortune 500 companies.

Deborah DeHaas was elected as an independent member of the Board of Directors of Dover Corporation, a Fortune 500 diversified global manufacturer, in February 2021.

In May 2021, Deborah DeHaas was elected as an independent member of the Board of Directors of CF Industries, a leading global manufacturer of hydrogen and nitrogen products for various applications.

Before her current role at CLC, she served as a Vice Chairman at Deloitte for over 35 years, working with large global clients across various industries.

Deborah DeHaas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Accounting from Duke University.

She is actively engaged as a board member in several Chicago and nationally based non-profit and higher education organizations, driven by her passion for enhancing communities.
