Deborah Bakker holds a Master of Environmental Studies (M.E.S) from Dalhousie University and a B.Sc (Honours) in Chemistry with Environmental Science from Western University. She was a Killam Scholar during 1997-1998 at Dalhousie University. With an extensive educational background in environmental studies and chemistry, Deborah has excelled in various roles within the environmental sector.
