Deborah Avery

Deborah Avery is an iPEC Certified Empowerment Coach and an accredited Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. With over twenty-five years of experience in law enforcement, including fourteen years managing human resources, she excels in mentoring and developing leaders. Deborah specializes in customized training for frontline supervisors and managers, enhancing interpersonal skills and management techniques in diverse workplaces. She works with executives and professionals navigating organizational change, using her expertise in behavioral dynamics and problem-solving to drive company and personal growth. Her specialties include leadership development, workshops, training, executive shadowing, assessments, and evaluations. Deborah holds a B.A. in Communications from Brooklyn College and a certification in Executive Coaching from iPEC. She has held various roles in organizations such as American Red Cross Greater New York, iPEC Coaching, Coach World TV, International Coach Federation - New York City Chapter, and New York Executive Coaching, LLC, along with a background at the NYPD.
