Debbie Wierenga

Debbie Wierenga is a well-educated and experienced Product Manager with a passion for inspiring development teams and stakeholders to deliver end results that fulfill the needs of users. She studied at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, obtaining a Master's degree in Gezondheidswetenschappen: Preventie en Volksgezondheid and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedische wetenschappen. She also completed a Master of Science in Epidemiology at Epidm.

Prior to her current position as Product Manager at IT&Care BV, Wierenga worked as a Product Owner/Senior Consultant of Research & Business Development at HumanTotalCare and as a Research Consultant at ArboNed. Furthermore, she was the owner of Healthy Living in Heels and a PhD student at Body@Work (TNO & VUmc/EMGO+).

Wierenga possesses various skills, including program management, consultancy, voice of the customer, and Agile product development. Her positive attitude and talent for seeing the bigger picture enable her to excel in her work.
