Debbie Polishook is a seasoned executive and board member with extensive experience in business transformation, consulting, and corporate governance. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Wawa, Inc., where she is the Audit Committee Chair and a member of the Compensation and Nomination & Governance Committees. She has been in this role since May 2020, contributing to the strategic oversight of Wawa, a leading convenience store chain with over 1,000 locations and $15 billion in revenue.13

Polishook's professional background includes more than 30 years at Accenture, where she held various leadership roles, including Group Chief Executive of Accenture Operations. In this capacity, she managed a $7 billion portfolio of business process services and led a team of over 100,000 professionals globally. She played a pivotal role in driving digital transformation through technologies like AI, blockchain, and robotic process automation for Fortune 500 companies.245
