Debbie Pearce is a renowned business executive, entrepreneur, and founder of Chiromatic LLC. Her passion for improving people's sleep quality, coupled with her outstanding leadership skills, has made Chiromatic a leading manufacturer of clinical sleeping systems. Debbie has spent several years building her career in various fields, starting with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware, and later studying JD in Trial Advocacy at Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law.

Throughout her career, she has held numerous executive roles in sales, product development, logistics, marketing, and promotion. However, her outstanding achievement is developing an unprecedented mattress that reduces pressure and relieves back pain. She has used her expertise and experience to blend science and luxury to help people with back and neck pain experience the healing power of sleep.

Debbie's leadership and entrepreneurial skills have also seen her play several roles. She is a founding partner of Avocado Green Brands, where she serves on the executive committee. Previously, she founded Sportsmattress, LLC, where she served as the CEO. Additionally, she worked as a Civil Litigation Lawyer in several top-notch law firms such as Law Offices of Debbie Carlitz, Carlitz and Eisenberg LLC, Marston and Shensky, Lobel and Kauffmann, and Needell and Needell.
