Debbie Brandt is an experienced operations management professional with over 30 years of experience in both non-union and union environments. She possesses critical thinking skills for complex problems and decision making. Her extensive background includes industrial engineering, project management, consulting, education, employee relations, lead company negotiator in contract negotiations, grievance management, arbitrations, and contract interpretation. She has also worked in the fields of Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, and Compensation Management. With a degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Carolina University, Debbie went on to receive her MBA from Montreat College. She has held positions such as Labor Relations Manager at Northern Tool + Equipment, Business Operations Manager, Manager of Human Resources, as well as Operations and Business Manager at UPS. Debbie has skills in planning/forecasting, staffing requirements gathering, networking and interviewing, and salary negotiation.
