Over the years, Debasish held various leadership positions in renowned tech companies like Hewlett Packard, Phoenix Technologies, Arris, and more, exhibiting an impressive track record of delivering innovative solutions and managing large engineering organizations.

Debasish's journey includes roles such as Lead Engineer at Aruba, where he spearheaded the development of cutting-edge SD-Branch solutions and Cloud portfolio products.

Prior to his time at Aruba, Debasish led HP's Palo Alto SDN R&D Lab, focusing on SDN Campus and Data Center applications, SDN Ecosystem R&D, and cloud-based management services.

His experience also extends to serving as the Head of Client Virtualization at HP PPS, as well as holding key positions at companies like HyperSpace, CloudShield Technologies, Arris, Atoga Systems, FORE Systems, Berkeley Networks, and Worldtalk Communications.

Debasish's education includes a Bachelor of Technology in Communication and Electronics from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
