Debarati Rakshit is a highly educated and accomplished professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, innovation management, service and interaction design, and computer engineering. She received a perfect score in entrepreneurship and international marketing from Aalto University and has completed a Master's in Business Administration at Laurea University of Applied Sciences, a Master's in Service and Interaction Design at Domus Academy, and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology.

Debarati has held various leadership roles throughout her career, including Director of Product Strategy at icon group, Product Manager at MaaS Global Ltd, and Practice Lead for the CEO's Office's design and innovation at QAI. Additionally, she has worked as a Business Consultant at EY, a System Engineer at IBM, and was an EU Marie Skłodowska-Curie Research Fellow in Service Science at EDP. Her work in corporate innovation management at NUMA Bengaluru earned her substantial recognition.
