She brings a diverse skill set to the table, boasting a background in corporate strategy, sales, marketing, human resources, budgeting, public relations, and fundraising.

Deb has an impressive educational background, holding an Executive MBA from the Joint Northwestern University - Kellogg School and York University-Schulich School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Education in English Literature and French Language from the University of Calgary.

Furthermore, she has pursued studies at the University of Waterloo and completed a Diploma in Public Relations at Mount Royal University.
