Deb Socia

Deb Socia is the President and CEO of The Enterprise Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee, a position she has held since July 2019.12 She is a former Boston teacher and principal who has long worked on digital equity and broadband adoption.1 Under her leadership, the Enterprise Center brought the Tech Goes Home program to Tennessee and led initiatives to expand broadband access and skills for thousands of people across the state.1

Socia has recently announced her retirement from The Enterprise Center, which is expected to take place later in 2024.13 During her tenure, she has been instrumental in implementing programs like HCS EdConnect and Empact, as well as expanding the Tech Goes Home Tennessee program, which has graduated over 11,000 people with digital skills.1
