Deb Ingersoll is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience working with private, community, and non-profit organizations. With a keen interest in empowering individuals and teams to improve humanitarian and developmental interventions, Deb has a wealth of expertise and knowledge that she brings to any role she undertakes. Her background includes strategic planning and design, team development and mentorship, resource development and allocation, external engagement, program design and management, and much more.
Deb's extensive experience in food security, resilient development, and fragile states and contexts has established her as a go-to expert in the field. Deb has worked for numerous organizations such as World Vision, Vibes Media, Catholic Relief Services, American Refugee Committee, Tribune Company, and Citadel Broadcasting, among others. She holds a degree from the University of Minnesota and is a trained coach and facilitator.
