Deb Castor is a highly accomplished professional in the medical device industry with over 20 years of experience. She has a proven track record of achieving high sales and leading her teams towards success. Deb is an expert in hearing devices, medical devices, and account management. She is a trained audiologist holding a Doctor of Audiology degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences and an MA in audiology from Northern Illinois University. Deb has also studied Communicative Disorders/Audiology with a minor in Biology at Northern Illinois University.

Deb is currently the Director - Regional Sales - Government Services at ReSound. Previously, she held various positions at GN ReSound, including Regional Account Manager, Regional Training Director, Regional Training Manager, Professional Trainer, Customer Education, and e-Learning roles. She also worked as a National Training Specialist at Starkey Hearing, Regional Sales - Educational Audiology Support at Telex, and Clinical Audiologist at ENT.
