Create and promote the delivery strategy, build and develop the team, provide day-to-day leadership resulting in successful adoption of the SaaS platform and ensure best in class customer implementation through Project Management. Not limited to, facilitating the strategic and day-to-day aspects of the Project Management team, including forecasting, utilization, resource management, project status tracking, risk management and to assist with software architecture of the tool for projects to be successful while navigating client needs.

Serve as the primary lead to assist management with implementation and project resource assignments, future staffing, and related tooling. Steer new hire onboarding and training within the Project Management team, and act as a key asset to the same across the Implementation team. Focus predominantly on enterprise-level, global-impacting, initiatives and onboardings. Liaison across departments/teams to help improve and strengthen overall alignment and collaboration.
